DESCRIPTION

SM will responsible for this presentation because its role in MOOC development under technical aspect and their networking ability.
The event will perform a workshop for an open discussion on its potential and its flaws, focusing on the pedagogical framework, the innovative implementation of Tangible User Interfaces with specific exercises in teacher education that could give new solutions for teaching in distance or blended contexts also for young learners that are not able to read and write.
A second part of the event will be focused on the BLUE ARROW project, itemizing the results achieved, the aims expected, the next steps and the possibility for further exploitation. All partners will participate because it will be in parallel with the fourth transnational meeting (TM4) in Madrid. In this way all the Partners will use the travel for the meeting for this event, reducing also pollution effect.

The event will involve 35 participants: 25 local participants and 10 from abroad. The participants will be involved from these groups:

Teacher educators

Pre-service and in-service teachers

Policy makers

Relevant stakeholders in the field

AIMS

(1) Disseminate the MOOC and BLUE ARROW results with an audience that could represent the potential of the project

(2) Increase awareness on BLUE ARROW project

(3) Open a discussion with external partners

(4) Promote the MOOC course for new students

PARTNERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES

 

SM as the technological partner will present the MOOC with the support of UNIFG (that is the MOOC developer). SM will organize the event, coordinate its diffusion and supervise its organization in terms of participants, agenda, budget and logistics. The team will create a dedicated webpage for diffusing the event and display all necessary information about the programme, venue and registration.
